Executive Presence represents the qualities that engage, inspire, align and move people to act. The Bates ExPI™ multi-rater assessment feedback helps you build the presence and the influence necessary for mobilizing teams, driving strategy, and making an impact. Perceptions of important stakeholders - peers, direct reports, and managers - are compared with the your self-perceptions in order to identify strengths and opportunities for development.

What to Expect
  • In-depth ExPI™ Feedback Report and User Guide
  • Individualized Insight Session with a Bates-certified Coach to discuss your individual strengths and gain insight into how to improve your Executive Presence​
Coaching is an investment in your career and professional growth. ​The overall objective is to enable individuals to broaden, develop and motivate themselves to achieve their goals.

What to Expect
  • One-on-One coaching sessions, typically twice a month over three or six months
  • ​A confidential space for you to work through challenges and opportunities in support of your professional journey and on-going success
  • Support, challenge and accountability as you pursue your unique development plan goals
We are available for speaking engagements, workshop facilitation and panel discussions focused on leadership development.

What to Expect
  • Workshops - We deliver workshops (on the Executive Presence or other Leadership Topics) - In Person or Virtual delivery - great for teams, ERGs and  professional associations​
  • Key Talent Development - If you have a group of Leaders, Key Talent or Hi-Potentials who need development, we administer the Executive Presence Assessment to gain insights to development areas that can be used to inform training for the group.​
