Makeda specializes in Professional & Leadership development. As an Executive Coach, she dedicates herself to helping individuals unleash their potential to create value and achieve results. She has helped professionals accelerate their ability to navigate their career journey, embrace their authenticity and manage change.
Prior to Coaching, Makeda was an Executive Human Resources Leader and has several years of experience facilitating the development required to ready talent to assume critical roles and to lead productive teams. She advised and partnered directly with professionals in R&D, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, and Corporate Functions (Finance, IT, Compliance, Strategy, HR, Legal) across global organizations in the Pharmaceutical, Technology and Food/Hospitality industries.
Makeda holds coaching certifications from the International Coaching Federation (PCC) and from International Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Makeda earned a M.S. degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a B.S. degree in Business Management from the Pennsylvania State University.
